This is the most current IPR 3 Port External Oil Cooler Plate with 6.7 Oil Cooler that can be used in the IPR 6.0 External oil cooler kits. Upgrade your older generation 4 port 6.4 oil cooler and plate with this updated design. The 6.7 oil coolers are more efficient than the 6.4 oil coolers in the earlier kits we've manufacturered prior to 2015. The oil cooler plate has integrated machined-on fittings which reduces the possiblilty of leaks and eliminating the 4 threaded ports. The machined on fittings are also pre-position for ease of installation. Customers have reported 22 degrees delta spreads towing over 14,000lbs where their previous 6.4 oil cooler would continue to climb past 30 degrees. A OEM 6.4 oil cooler cost over $400 and all you get is just the oil cooler. This updated 6.7 oil cooler plate allows you to buy replacement OEM 6.7 oil coolers for under $200 should you ever need to replace the oil cooler.
