IPR Extreme Duty 3" Thick Aluminum Radiator 2003 F250, F350, F450, F550/International VT365 Excursion. IPR has done it again, the biggest aluminum radiator for your Powerstroke is available for all F Series trucks and Excursions. The massive aluminum tanks and 3" thick core provides more cooling capacity than anything out in the market. Ditch the leaking/cracking OEM plastic tanks and thin 1.24" OEM core with an IPR unit. The OEM fan shroud can be used, the core support bracket mounting holes needs to be elongated to allow the radiator to be moved forward .75" (3/4). No trimming or minor trimming of the fan shroud may be required for final fitment.
