IPR has put together a master head gasket set to get you back on the road fast. We have included everything to make it easy for you to finish the job without trying to figure what you need. Ford sells 2 head gaskets, 2 stand pipes with head bolts that you will end up throwing away the head bolts and it's priced at over $550. You will still need to purchase quite few more gasket to make a complete kit, by the time you're done with getting a package similar to IPR's package you would have to spend over $800 in gaskets. This kit allows you to save some money and get the complete head set to rebuild both heads with a set of 32 valve stem seals. No other vendor's 6.0 gasket kit is as complete. Please check the itemized seals, gaskets and o-rings listed. Other vendors claim that they will supply everything to do the job, if you compare each individual part on our list and compared it to theirs you will find that they fall short. We will match any advertise price and will not be undersold!
Tech tip: When rebuilding 6.0 heads we recommend that you have your heads resurfaced and Magnaflux for cracks. 6.0 heads are notorious for cracks around the valve seat area which may be causing your truck to lose coolant and over heat which may seem like blown head gaskets have failed. My kit includes 32 valve stem seals valued over $120 to have your heads rebuilt. You pay thousands of dollars for labor don't put in the old heads without a rebuild, you may have to do it again down the road in the near future.

We also recommend Ford's revised parts and updates while you have your truck apart whenever you install a oil cooler, EGR cooler, EGR delete or any time you may be removing the intake manifold and turbo off for repairs. These updates are easily accessible when performing any of the mentioned upgrades or repairs on your 6.0. Don't wait until these components fail and having to perform the job a second time.
